Our Safety Protocols During COVID-19

Here at Arne Wellness Center, we believe there is nothing more important than your safety, your health, and your wellness. We are proud to welcome back our patients now that Colorado’s mandatory stay-at-home orders have been lifted. However, for your protection and ours, we are doing so with extra precautions in place.

We want all of our patients in our community to feel completely safe and healthy when they receive care with us. That’s why we are strictly adhering to the COVID-19 safety protocols and practices established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as those guidelines established locally within our state. In an effort to keep our patients and their families safe, we are delivering care in the safest way possible. Keep reading to learn our safety protocols, and please do not hesitate to contact your Littleton chiropractor with any questions or concerns.

Our Commitment to Your Health and Safety

The only way to reduce the spread of coronavirus is through a concerted, collaborative effort. As health care providers, we are doing our part to protect our patients and reduce the spread of COVID-19. Here are the safety protocols we are following, which we will continue to update according to local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations as necessary.

Staying Home

We are adamantly encouraging members of our wellness team to stay at home if they aren’t feeling 100%. We are not willing to risk anyone’s safety if someone isn’t feeling well. That being said, we would ask that if our patients are feeling ill, that they extend the same respect to our team and other patients by rescheduling your appointment to a later date.

Mandatory Masks and Face Coverings

Wearing masks is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As you are more than aware, the coronavirus spreads from person-to-person mainly through respiratory droplets that enter the air through coughing, sneezing, and even talking. These droplets can also land on surfaces. That’s why we have made masks mandatory. We are wearing masks to protect each other and our patients. We are also asking our patients to wear masks or face coverings to their appointments, which does include our younger patients. It’s for everyone’s safety.

Maintaining a Sanitary and Hygienic Atmosphere

We are maintaining a safe, sanitary, and hygienic environment for our patients and our team. We understand that by frequently cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout our wellness center will only help us all stay safer. We are using people- and eco-friendly disinfectants to maintain a sanitary atmosphere in our waiting room, our bathrooms, and most importantly, our treatment rooms. From doorknobs to countertops to light switches and more, you can rest assured we are regularly and frequently disinfecting any and all surfaces. Additionally, we pay special attention to sanitizing our adjusting tables, massage tables, tools, equipment, and any other surfaces our patients come into close contact with after each and every use. Additionally, we have made the 20-second hand-washing rule mandatory for our entire team in an effort to protect our patients.

State-of-the-Art Air Purification System

Cleaner air is healthier air, and that’s why our wellness center is equipped with a state-of-the-art REME HALO® air purification system. This system is designed to remove 99% of viruses, bacteria, and other pollutants from the immediate area by distributing naturally occurring oxygen and hydrogen molecules in the air. Even germs dispersed into the air through sneezing can be killed within three feet of the source. As we welcome our patients back to our office, you can feel confident in knowing this air purification system will be running full time!

Keeping Safe Distances

While the nature of our practice involves coming into close contact with our patients, we are making every effort to keep safe distances when we’re not treating our patients hands-on. Even when you are being treated by your chiropractor, massage therapist, or practitioner, we are making concerted efforts to maintain a safe environment for everyone by respecting everyone’s space. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any special requirements or concerns.

Accepting Patients on a Limited Basis

While we are thrilled to begin treating our patients once again, we are doing so with great caution and the utmost safety. We have been accepting patients on a limited basis since April 30th, and we will continue to increase our patients accordingly. While we want to continue providing the best care for you and your loved ones, we also want to ensure that we have a safe amount of patients in the office at all times to keep everyone safe.

New Business Hours

In an effort to ensure that you can continue receiving the quality care you need and deserve, we have extended our treatment hours for your convenience and accessibility. We are also available via Telemedicine to talk with you directly over the phone about your care if you have questions or concerns.

Our new hours, which are still by appointment, are as follows:
